Taste of Blood

3rd level Path of the Goredrinker Feature

Your rages call forth a thirst for the blood and gore of battle, while raging when you score a critical hit on a creature or reduce it to 0 hit points, you regain a number of hit points equal to your constitution modifier.

Rampage

6th level Path of the Goredrinker Feature

After reducing a creature to 0 hit points your movement speed is doubled until the end of your next turn and you have advantage on your next attack roll.

Deathblow

10th level Path of the Goredrinker Feature

When one of your attacks would leave a creature with a number of hit points equal to or less than your Barbarian level, they are instead reduced to 0 hit points.

Butcher’s Visage

14th level Path of the Goredrinker Feature

Once per short rest, after slaying a creature or scoring a critical hit you take on a visage of slaughter and murder. You gain the effects of the Haste spell and all healing applied to you is doubled for 1 minute.
